Last minute valentine cards.

Hi friends,
I would like to thank everyone who dropped by and left such sweet comments on the blog hop last month and to say hello and welcome to my new followers.
This is one of the many cards I have been making for this valentine. Lots of red and a splash of orange, some bling a quilled flower.
I took a road trip this week to Nanyuki, a small town right at the foot of Mt. Kenya. I had lots of fun seeing new places and visiting friends.
This is one of the places we visited. Don't you just love this sign?

I will submit my card to these challenges:
Alphabet challenge blog- O is for orange.
Paper romance-clean and simple valentines
Crafty ho's - love theme
Simply create-It's bright in there.
Digi doodle shops best- nature (flower)
Totally paper crafts-clean and simple.
DYSU challenge #6- ribbons..
Enjoy and happy valentines.

  8. Lovely card!! And that sign is just so much fun!!

I just wanted to tell you this: Yesterday an artist from Kenya (who came to Norway 4 years old) won the norwegian song contest. She´s off to Germany to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest. I just thought about you. You can see her here - and prepare - you´ll like to dance!!!

  9. Hi Jackie, just love the quilling on your cards.
I have tried my hand at it, but need more practise. Your ideas are so lovely. I'll be back. Warm wishes from further south in Africa.
